Overview

Consilience Group is a women-owned healthcare consulting NGO specializing in supporting organizations throughout the southeastern United States. As the organization seeks to expand its reach nationwide, it aims to strengthen its digital presence and social media engagement.


The project centers on developing a human-centric approach to enhance Consilience Group's online visibility while creating an accessible toolkit that enables prospective clients to connect meaningfully with the organization.

My Role

I partnered with Consilience Group's leadership team across departments to enhance their digital presence. I facilitated stakeholder workshops and conducted mixed-method research to inform the design of their website's customer experience journey and social media strategy. Through journey mapping, I identified key touchpoints and opportunities to strengthen client connections and support their nationwide expansion goals.
