Overview
What are we trying to solve?
TalentAlly is a recruitment intelligence agent built inside Skillproject.AI. It helps hiring teams move faster, make better-evidenced decisions, and replace inconsitency feedback with verified proof with skills— from deciding whether a role is even realistic, all the way through to closing the right hire.

Reduce hiring timeline and automate mundane tasks, increase skill based hiring over traditional resumes,
My Role
As the founding designer, I owned the end-to-end design of this product: from mapping the problem space, defining user personas, and architecting the information model, to designing the conversational UX and building interactive prototypes using AI-assisted (vibe coding) tooling.

HYPOTHESIS: User-centric Goal Driven
IF we can reduce the operational burden on hiring teams by automating pipeline management and replacing resume-based screening with verified skill evidence, THEN teams will feel confident making faster, fairer hiring decisions digitally, BECAUSE they can clearly understand candidate quality through structured proof-of-work results — without being overwhelmed by sheer volume, inconsistent interviews, or manual tracking.

Designing a Human-centric System for Trust, Control, and Intelligent Automation
In this project, I explored how AI can move beyond generative outputs and become a reliable operational partner for hiring teams. My goal was to design a system that doesn’t just automate workflows, but provides transparent, auditable, and human-controlled.

Confirmation Gates as a Trust Mechanism
A key barrier to AI adoption in hiring is the perceived loss of control over candidate interactions. I addressed this by ensuring the AI never executes actions autonomously, every external step requires explicit user approval, keeping humans in control while AI operates as a support layer.
